from us with love dedicate an exhibition to the “Dandy”… one may ask himself, who is a dandy? Is it a person with certain characteristica and a certain look or rather a way of life? Is the Dandy still around nowadays or just a mythos taking us back in thoughts to Oscar wilde?
The exhibition „Dandy“ at Nordiska Museet in Stockholm might give some answers to this or al least examples of how a contemporary Dandy could look…. Tailor Frederik Andersen, fashion researcher Rickard Lindqvist, journalist Olaf Enckell, stylist Lalle Johnson, author Björn af Kleen, designer Göran Sundberg and shop owner Christian Quaglia have all given their suggestions on the modern style dandy.
